TuBoleto.ca (โTuBoletoโ, โweโ, โourโ) is a marketplace platform. While TuBoleto does not organize events or provide services directly, we offer a structured process to help users resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.
This policy applies to all users, including buyers, organizers, performers, vendors, and advertisers.
1. How to Submit a Dispute
To submit a dispute or complaint, contact contact@tuboleto.ca and include:
-
Order number or listing link
-
Event name and date (if applicable)
-
Your name and account email
-
A clear description of the issue
-
Screenshots, documents, or supporting evidence
-
The outcome you are requesting (refund, correction, clarification, etc.)
Incomplete submissions may delay review.
2. Resolution Timelines
-
Initial review: typically within 2โ5 business days
-
Complex disputes: may take longer if organizer, performer, or third-party responses are required
TuBoleto will keep parties informed when possible, but timelines may vary depending on the nature of the dispute.
3. Organizer & Service Provider Disputes
If a dispute involves event delivery or services:
-
TuBoleto will contact the organizer or service provider for a response
-
We may request supporting evidence (event policies, proof of delivery, communications, logs)
-
Final decisions are made in accordance with TuBoletoโs Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Organizer / Performer Terms, and any posted event terms
Failure to respond or cooperate may result in TuBoleto resolving the dispute without further input.
4. TuBoletoโs Role & Final Decision Authority
TuBoleto acts as a neutral platform facilitator.
Where disputes cannot be resolved directly between parties, TuBoleto reserves the right to make a final determination to protect users and platform integrity, subject to applicable laws.
Decisions may include refunds, partial refunds, credits, listing restrictions, or account actions.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage users to contact TuBoleto before filing a chargeback with a bank or PayPal.
Chargebacks:
-
May delay dispute resolution
-
Can result in additional fees
-
May lead to temporary or permanent account restrictions
If a chargeback is filed, TuBoleto may pause payouts, adjust wallet balances, and request evidence from involved parties.
6. Cooperation Requirement
All parties agree to cooperate in good faith during dispute reviews.
Failure to provide the requested information or evidence may negatively affect the outcome.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Dispute Resolution Policy from time to time. Updates apply once posted on TuBoleto.ca.
