These Organizer Terms apply to any individual or business that creates event listings, sells tickets, or receives payouts through TuBoleto.ca (โOrganizerโ, โyouโ).
By listing an event or selling tickets on TuBoleto.ca, you agree to these Organizer Terms and our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Payout & Verification Policy, and Anti-Fraud Policy.
1. Your Responsibilities as an Organizer
You are solely responsible for:

Hosting and delivering the event as described

Ensuring event details are accurate (date, time, venue, lineup, age restrictions, policies)
-
Having the legal right to run the event (venue authorization, artist agreements, permits)
-
Complying with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations (safety, capacity, alcohol rules, taxes, noise bylaws)
-
Managing on-site operations (entry, staffing, security, accessibility, crowd control)
TuBoleto does not organize events and is not responsible for event delivery.
2. Listing Requirements (Accuracy & Transparency)
You must ensure your event listing is truthful, complete, and up to date, including:

Final event date, time, and location

Age restrictions and ID requirements (e.g. 19+)

Entry rules (late entry, re-entry, dress code if applicable)
-
VIP, table, or special access conditions (if any)
-
A valid contact method for attendee support
TuBoleto may unpublish, restrict, or remove listings that appear misleading, incomplete, or in violation of platform policies.
3. Ticketing Rules & Prohibited Activity
You may only sell tickets for events you are authorized to host.
You must not:

Create duplicate events to manipulate visibility

Misrepresent prices, availability, or lineup
-
Encourage or facilitate ticket resale or scalping through TuBoleto
-
Attempt to move ticket sales off-platform to avoid fees
You must cooperate with fraud-prevention measures and provide the requested information on time.
4. Changes, Postponements & Cancellations (90-Day Rule)
Postponements / Reschedules
If an event is postponed, you should announce a new date within 90 days of the postponement notice.
If a new date is not announced within 90 days, the event may be treated as cancelled for refund purposes under TuBoletoโs Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations
If an event is cancelled, you must:

Notify TuBoleto promptly

Cooperate with customer communications

Follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy
5. Refund Cooperation & Disputes
You agree to:

Follow TuBoletoโs Refund & Cancellation Policy

Respond to refund and dispute requests on time
-
Provide evidence when requested (proof event occurred, entry logs, posted rules, communications)
Failure to cooperate may result in refunds being issued without further approval and may affect payouts or account status.
6. Payments, Payouts & Holds
Payments may be collected by TuBoleto on your behalf and held in an internal wallet system.
Payouts:

Are not instant
-
Are released only after:
-
Organizer verification is completed
-
Applicable refund windows have passed
-
No open disputes or chargebacks exist
-
TuBoleto may delay, hold, or withhold payouts for:

Incomplete verification
-
Disputes, chargebacks, or fraud reviews
-
Major event changes (postponement, venue change, significant lineup changes)
-
Policy or compliance concerns
Payouts are typically issued via PayPal to the organizerโs approved payout email.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud
If a buyer files a chargeback:

The disputed amount and any related fees may be deducted from your wallet balance
-
TuBoleto may hold future payouts until resolution
-
You agree to provide supporting evidence promptly
Repeated chargebacks or high dispute rates may result in account restrictions or removal.
8. Content License (Event Media & Text)
You grant TuBoleto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your event content (titles, descriptions, posters, images, logos) for:

Event listings on TuBoleto

Platform marketing and promotion
You confirm you have the rights to upload and use this content.
9. Removal, Suspension & Termination
TuBoleto may remove listings, pause ticket sales, hold payouts, or suspend/terminate organizer accounts for:

Fraud or suspected fraud

Repeated cancellations or misleading listings
-
Policy violations
-
Failure to complete verification requirements
-
Prohibited resale or scam activity
10. Fees & Taxes
TuBoleto platform fees or commissions (if applicable), payment processing fees, and applicable taxes are disclosed during setup or checkout and may change with notice.
You are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Organizer Terms from time to time. Updates apply once posted. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
