Gusto (pronounced Goo-sto) means tasty in Italian. Since opening our doors in 2012, Gusto 101 has been serving up modern takes on Southern Italian classics. As with Trattoria Nervosa in Yorkville, Janet Zuccarini has meshed a passion for creating memorable food with a vision for delivering soulful, transporting dining experiences. nWe put as much care and consideration into our food and drink as we do our architecture and design. Located in a repurposed garage in the heart of downtown Toronto, our restaurant has become a neighbourhood gathering place.
