A: Refunds depend on the event policy. Check the event page for refund rules.
Q2: The event was cancelled or changed. What happens?
A: If cancelled, follow the organizer’s instructions. If rescheduled, tickets usually remain valid.
Q3: How long do refunds take?
A: If approved, refunds usually take a few business days, depending on your bank.
Change name/transfer
Q1: Can I change the name on my ticket?
A: If the organizer allows it, we can update the attendee’s name on the order.
Q2: Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
A: Yes if transfers are allowed. Provide the new name + email for the ticket.
Q3: Will the QR code change after a transfer?
A: Sometimes yes. Always use the latest ticket email/PDF at the door.
Payment issues
Q1: My card was declined. Why?
A: Confirm billing address, try another card, or contact your bank for approval.
Q2: I was charged but didnโt receive confirmation.
A: Send us a screenshot or the last 4 digits + time. Weโll locate the order.
Q3: Can I pay another way (e-transfer/cash)?
A: Some events allow alternatives. Message the organizer to confirm accepted methods.
Promo codes & discounts
Q1: My promo code doesnโt work.
A: Check spelling, expiration, and minimum quantity. Codes can be limited per ticket type.
Q2: Can I apply a code after checkout?
A: Usually no. Codes must be applied before payment is completed.
Q3: Why is the discount smaller than expected?
A: Some codes apply to base price only, not fees, taxes, or add-ons.
Entry/scanning help
Q1: Where is my QR code?
A: Your QR is in the ticket email and/or the attached PDF ticket.
Q2: The scanner wonโt scan my ticket.
A: Increase screen brightness, open the PDF, or zoom until the code is clear.
Q3: Someone else used my ticket.
A: Message support immediately with your order number so we can investigate.

Q1: What questions should go to the organizer?
A: Lineup, venue rules, VIP/table details, schedule changes, dress code, parking.
Q2: How do I contact the organizer fast?
A: Use the WhatsApp button on the event page to message them directly.
Q3: The organizer is not responding.
A: Try again closer to event time. For ticket/payment issues, contact TuBoleto support.
