Step 1: Fill Out Your Listing
Let us know about your business. Add a description, choose a category, upload images, and enter contact info.
Step 2: Enable Appointments
For Services:
Scroll to the bottom of the “Add Listing” form and select:
Book a time slot with me
This tells the system that your listing should accept time-based appointments — perfect for services like massages, coaching, haircuts, tutoring, and more.
This option activates the appointment scheduler and lets customers book you by time slot.
Step 3: Add Your Services
After enabling appointments, define exactly what you’re offering. Each service includes:
- Service Name & Description
(e.g., “1-Hour Massage” or “Private Spanish Lesson”) - Duration
How long the service lasts (e.g. 60 minutes) - Price (Optional)
Enter your fee, or leave it blank for free services - Custom Price Display (Optional)
Show custom text like “From $50” or “Free Consult.” - Buffer Time
Add prep or cleanup time before/after each appointment - Instant Booking (Toggle)

Step 4: Manage Your Appointments

- See appointment dates, times, and client names
- Track status at a glance: Confirmed, Pending Payment, Completed
- View when each appointment was booked
- Know exactly how much you’ll receive for each appointment
- Click View Details to see full booking info or message your client

Step 5: Customers Book and Pay Online
Your customers can easily schedule and pay for their appointment in just a few clicks:
- Choose a date and time slot from your availability calendar
- Enter basic contact information (name, email, phone)
- Review the price breakdown before confirming
- Complete secure checkout with card or PayPal
Once the booking is completed and paid, customers receive a confirmation email, and you’re notified instantly as the provider.
Step 6: Track Your Earnings in Real Time
Every time a customer books your service, your earnings are automatically added to your account balance. You can view a clear transaction history anytime:
