This Payout Policy applies to event organizers, promoters, performers, and other sellers receiving funds through TuBoleto.ca (“Organizer”, “Vendor”, “you”).
By selling tickets, bookings, or services on TuBoleto.ca, you agree to this Payout Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Organizer / Performer Terms, and Anti-Fraud Policy.
1. How Payouts Work

Buyers purchase tickets or services on TuBoleto.ca

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors

Funds are collected by TuBoleto and credited to your TuBoleto Wallet
-
Funds remain on hold for a review period
-
Approved payouts are sent manually via PayPal to your designated payout email
TuBoleto does not provide instant or automatic payouts.
2. Standard Payout Timing (No Instant Payouts)
Payouts are not immediate and are not guaranteed within a fixed timeframe.
As a general guideline, TuBoleto aims to release eligible payouts after the event or service is completed and once applicable refund and review periods have passed.
Actual payout timing depends on:

Disputes or chargebacks

Fraud or compliance reviews

PayPal processing times
3. Conditions to Receive Payouts
Payouts are released only if:

Your identity and business verification (if required) are complete and approved

The event or service has occurred and is not cancelled

Applicable refund request windows have passed

There are no unresolved disputes, chargebacks, or fraud investigations
-
Your account is in good standing and not restricted
TuBoleto reserves the right to withhold or delay payouts until these conditions are met.
4. When Payouts May Be Delayed or Held
Payouts may be delayed, partially withheld, or held for reasons including:

Incomplete or failed verification

High dispute or chargeback risk

Customer complaints or refund investigations

Event changes (cancellations, postponements, venue changes, major lineup changes)
-
Suspected fraud or policy violations
-
Legal or compliance obligations
Holds may apply to part or all of your wallet balance.
5. Disputes, Chargebacks & Negative Balances
If a buyer files a dispute or chargeback:

The disputed amount may be deducted from your wallet balance
-
TuBoleto may hold future payouts until resolution
-
Chargeback fees or penalties may be offset against future earnings
If your wallet balance becomes negative, future sales or payouts may be used to recover outstanding amounts.
6. Refunds & Adjustments
If refunds are issued in accordance with TuBoleto policies:

Refunded Ticket Prices are deducted from your wallet balance

Platform and service fees are non-refundable (except where required by law)

Adjustments may be made before or after payout
7. Minimum Thresholds & Failed Payouts
TuBoleto may apply minimum payout thresholds.
If a payout fails due to:

Incorrect PayPal email

Closed or restricted PayPal account
-
PayPal compliance issues
The payout may be delayed until corrected. Any third-party fees charged by PayPal are the responsibility of the organizer/vendor.
8. Organizer & Vendor Responsibilities
You agree to:

Keep event listings and policies accurate and up to date

Notify TuBoleto promptly of cancellations or changes
-
Respond to disputes and information requests on time
-
Provide evidence when requested (attendance logs, communications, posted policies, proof of service delivery)
Failure to cooperate may result in delayed or withheld payouts.
9. No Guarantee of Exact Timing
Any payout timing provided is an estimate only, not a guarantee.
TuBoleto is not responsible for delays caused by:

PayPal processing or holds
-
Banks or financial institutions
-
Compliance or fraud reviews
-
Disputes or chargebacks
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Payout Policy from time to time. Updates apply once posted on TuBoleto.ca.
