Carla & The Latintrain is a dynamic musical band founded a decade ago by a group of talented artists united by one mission: to celebrate and share their South American roots through music. Together, they’ve crafted a vibrant repertoire that transports audiences straight to the colourful landscapes of Latin America. Their sound is an energetic fusion of Latin rhythms—Bolero, Cha-Cha, Son, Salsa, Cumbia and more—seasoned with a touch of jazz. With bilingual lyrics in both Spanish and English, Latintrain’s goal is simple: to bring people together, ignite joy, and turn every stage into a celebration of life. Over the past 10 years, Latintrain has proudly represented its heritage across the GTA, spreading Latin flavour at major festivals such as Carabram, Carassauga, the Cobourg Latin Festival, the Panamerican Jazz Festival, Celebration Square, Dundas Square, Inti Raymi, and many more.
