Meet our chef partner Sergio Sergio is our chef-partner at Agave Authentic Mexican grill the Mexican restaurant in Regina. He was born in Mexico City and has worked in the hospitality industry since 1987 Sergio’s career path includes catering, 5-star resorts in Cancun Mexico owned with his mother Jalapeno restaurant in downtown Toronto attended culinary school at George brown college moved to Regina in 2009 where he worked for Hotel Saskatchewan and two more hotels opened Roots kitchen and bar in Harbour landing village opened Meld neighborhood eatery in Regina.
