The Colombian Caribbean inspires Arrecifes. Changing countries made me rediscover many things about myself, mainly my passion for cooking. I arrived in Canada with my daughter in 2019, and my whole family stayed in Colombia; when cooking, I can come home and remember my mom's and dad's recipes and those typical "paseos de olla." I
